Reframed a fragmented reporting problem as a mental model problem — bringing transaction, revenue, and experiment data into a single view operators could actually reason across.

Designed a self-serve AI campaign wizard for DTC advertisers — reducing campaign setup from 2+ hours to under 10 minutes within a two-sprint MVP.

Redesigned partner page configuration to surface conflict detection, live status, and safe deletion guardrails directly in the workflow.

Designed a consolidated experiment evaluation experience enabling internal teams and partners to assess A/B test results and make data-driven decisions independently.

Built an AI-powered tool enabling Account Managers to generate and test multiple ad creative variants across a full factorial experiment — without manual design work.

Developed a self-service reporting tool giving Account Managers direct control to build and publish client-facing performance reports — replacing manual, analyst-dependent workflows.
