Consolidated fragmented reporting surfaces into a single operational view for Account Managers and Ops teams.
Redesigned partner page configuration to surface conflict detection, live status, and safe deletion guardrails directly in the workflow.
Built an AI-powered recommendation engine helping Account Managers identify campaign performance issues and act on prioritized fixes — reducing troubleshooting from hours to minutes.
